How to Find EPF Establishment Details
and Check If Your Employer Is Contributing Monthly.
Follow this
step-by-step guide to check establishment details, including the establishment
number, and verify if your employer is depositing your PF contributioncorrectly.
Step 1: Visit the EPFO Unified Portal
Go to the Unified EPFO Portal.
Click on the "Establishment Search" option.
Once the page loads, you will see two search boxes:
In the first box, enter your company or establishment name.
In the second box, if you know the 7-digit establishment
number, you can enter it.
Enter the captcha code and click on "Search".
Step 2: Identify Your Company
A list of companies with similar names will appear.
Carefully identify your company by checking the name,
address, and location.
The results will be shown in a table format (rows and
columns).
In the last column, you will see two options: View Details
and View Report.
Step 3: View Establishment Details
Click on "View Details".
A new page will open showing complete details of the
establishment:
Whether the establishment is active or closed
Registration date
Establishment number
City, country
Ownership details
Type of business
Step 4: Check PF Contribution History
If you want to see whether the employer has deposited
employees' PF contributions over the years:
Click on "View Payment Details".
A new window will open in your browser showing multiple
columns:
TRRN Number
Date of Credit
Amount
Wage Month
Number of Employees
ECR
Step 5: Verify Your Name in the
Contribution List
To check if your PF contribution was deposited, click on the
"Number of Employees" figure.
A detailed list will open, showing the names of all
employees for whom the employer has made the PF payment.
If your name appears, it means your employer has contributed
for that particular month.
This is how you can check your establishment details and
ensure that your EPF contributions are being paid properly by your employer
